Award Presentations
MBL Academy Founder, Sue Bedward, and her sister Jenny Bedward, a SFEDI Assessor for the MBL, are passionate about supporting women in business and enterprise support at the MBL Academy.
Presented with the award for Exceptional Women of Excellence at the WEF 2019 conference, the sisters were humbled and honoured to be nominated by the Chair, Dr Neslyn Watson-Druee who presented them with this award - for women who are pioneers and leaders in their respective entrepreneurial and professional endeavours.
This prestigious award celebrates the distinctive voice and vision that inspires and innovates a new narrative of leadership. It is for those whose expertise and spirit can inspire and inform the next wave of a more awakened and empowered leadership.
Sue said: I have had the pleasure of working with some phenomenal women in business over the years and would not be where I am today without their love, support and encouragement. I am very humbled and excited that I have been nominated for an award as a Woman of Excellence at the 2019 WEF conference.
